I just clicked on the link, and to be perfectly honest, $30 (however worth it) is kinda of high for many of your local followers. Myself, living on Social Security, leaves me out of a lot of events I might otherwise attend. Sad but true. I realize that the "new" Art Center is also needing to make $$ too. The cost of "living" has become more than many can afford these days....Just my 2 cents....Or perhaps a dollar in today's economy....
I was playing for $20 a ticket fifteen years ago. If that kept up with inflation we’d be charging $50 a ticket. That’s why I’m in school and not on stage.
I completely understand the reality of this, Jonathan. Sounds like your experience being in school has been wonderful and a great path forward. I loved hearing you talk physics at the gig you did a while back at Yonder! I do believe you have found yet another true calling.
These days people are less likely to "plan" that far ahead. I imagine that post election many people will jump on board for a concert by the inimitable Jonathan Byrd!
You overengineered that second basket!

Thank you, Lynne.
